Lifting delle braccia (brachioplastica) in clinic Hartmann

Clinic Hartmann is a private plastic surgery facility in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Dr. Harry Hartmann founded it in 2010. The practice combines surgical care with dermatofunctional physiotherapy and aesthetic device therapy.

Surgical Expertise and Post-Operative Recovery

Dr. Harry Hartmann leads the clinic. He completed medical training in 1988 and holds specializations from the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery and the Ministry of Education (MEC). His approach pairs traditional surgery with specialized recovery protocols.

Specialists perform a variety of body contouring and facial procedures:

• Abdominoplasty and lipoabdominoplasty to correct abdominal muscles and skin laxity
• Breast surgery including augmentation, reduction, and mastopexy (breast lift)
• Liposuction and liposculpture using fat grafting techniques
• Rhinoplasty for functional and aesthetic nose corrections
• Gynecomastia correction to remove excess male breast tissue or fat
• Facial surgeries such as blepharoplasty, otoplasty, and chin surgery

For recovery, the clinic offers manual lymphatic drainage led by Silvia Canello. This rhythmic massage reduces post-operative bruising and speeds tissue healing. The gentle movements also hydrate cells and prevent scar tissue formation after surgery.

Advanced Aesthetic Technologies

The clinic uses computerized equipment for non-invasive fat and cellulite reduction. These technologies complement surgical results or work as standalone treatments. Patients typically need 10 sessions to achieve targeted circumference reduction.

Key treatment technologies include:

• Manthus – a device combining ultrasound heat waves with electrical currents
• Radiofrequency – high-frequency current that generates deep heat without pain
• Deep Diamond Peeling – mechanical exfoliation for skin rejuvenation
• Electroporation – electromagnetic waves that open pores to deliver active ingredients

The Manthus system works through three mechanisms. Ultrasound waves affect fat cell membranes to boost local metabolism. Electrical currents stimulate the lymphatic system, so toxin elimination speeds up. Better circulation then increases oxygen delivery to treated tissues.

Specialized Slimming and Skin Care

The non-surgical slimming program targets localized fat and body contouring. Using the Manthus system, the clinic reports 3–5 cm reduction in circumference after 10 sessions. This program is painless with no downtime, making it suitable for cellulite management.

Dermatofunctional physiotherapy also covers skin maintenance and preparation. Silvia Canello, a physiotherapist trained at IPA, oversees these treatments. Services include professional skin cleaning and peeling to improve texture before or after surgery.

Services for International Patients

Clinic Hartmann assists patients from different backgrounds. Staff provide consultations in three languages:

• Portuguese
• English
• Spanish

The clinic handles all post-operative care within its physiotherapy department. This gives patients a continuous care cycle from initial consultation through final recovery.
