Service from Dr. Isa was excellent; Dr. Adriana was also attentive.
Only the reception service leaves something to be desired: the young woman performed the wrong procedure before the appointment (she should have processed the authorization) and spent two weeks sending me messages saying I should pay her because the plan hadn't authorized it and she had paid out of her own pocket, even after I told her I had already contacted my plan and was waiting for their response. I was in follow-up with Dr. Isa and was soon going to have the whitening treatment. But again, via WhatsApp service, when I asked for a statement, she sent it in someone else's name; I said it was wrong and asked that when she sent the correct one she please indicate the morning period, and she said she couldn't, even though the other two times I was at the office it had been done that way, always replying in a curt manner.
