Liposuzione in Dr. Pedro Leite — EVOMEN

Dr. Pedro Leite — EVOMEN is a private plastic surgery clinic in Brazil. The practice has two branches: Rio de Janeiro and Vitória, Espírito Santo. Dr. Pedro Leite heads the clinic, providing surgical planning and aesthetic care for men and women.

Surgical Expertise and Men's Health

The clinic focuses on body contouring and male aesthetics. A dedicated vertical called EVOMEN combines plastic surgery with health and performance monitoring. This department addresses men's needs through several care fronts:

• Harmonização Íntima Masculina – aesthetic procedures for male intimate areas.
• Lipo HD Masculina – high-definition liposuction to define abdominal and oblique muscles.
• Emagrecimento Masculino – weight loss programs with medical and nutritional support.
• Hormonal Health – clinical monitoring of hormone levels and performance.

The clinic performs gynecomastia surgery to reduce enlarged male breast tissue. Surgeons combine liposuction with glandular resection to restore a masculine chest contour. Every case undergoes clinical investigation before the doctor confirms surgical candidacy during an in-person exam.

For patients who have lost significant weight, the clinic offers staged body remodeling. This addresses excess skin and tissue laxity across different body regions:

• Abdomen and flanks
• Breasts (Mastopexia)
• Arms and thighs

Surgeons plan these procedures in steps to ensure safety and manageable recovery periods. For gluteal enhancement, the clinic uses symmetry protocols that respect waist and hip proportions.

Advanced Technologies and Methods

The practice uses specific technologies for skin remodeling and fat reduction. Morpheus 8 is available for non-surgical skin tightening on the face and body. This device combines microneedling with radiofrequency to heat deep tissue layers, which stimulates collagen production.

For fat removal, the clinic offers several liposuction options:

• Conventional Lipoaspiration – typically shows final results in about 6 months.
• Mini Lipo – targets small fat deposits with no hospitalization required.
• Vaser Liposuction – uses ultrasound energy to break down fat cells.

The clinic also provides volumetric reconstruction using PMMA for larger body or gluteal volumes. Because this material is permanent, the practice follows strict safety criteria for its application. For smaller corrections, the doctor may suggest hyaluronic acid instead.

Patient Safety and Recovery Protocols

Safety is managed through a thorough follow-up system. The doctor does not provide medical guidance via remote forms or phone consultations. All surgical decisions occur during an in-person assessment of the patient's anatomy and history.

Recovery includes scheduled checkups from the preoperative phase through final healing. Postoperative care often includes specialized lymphatic drainage and compression garments. Activity levels resume gradually based on individual response and the specific procedure performed.

Services for International Patients

The clinic supports international visitors through a structured evaluation process. Multilingual staff handle communication and booking for patients traveling to Rio de Janeiro or Vitória. Support is available in:

• Portuguese
• English
• Spanish

The practice coordinates surgical planning and postoperative checkups to fit the schedules of patients visiting from abroad.
