We had our first child at Helios Wuppertal, and the experience was truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing Kreißsaal team (they speak English) - especially Noemi and Kristine - who were incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to communicate with. Their empathy and calm presence made a world of difference and helped my wife ease into her labor with confidence and support. The hospital staff in the maternity ward after delivery were also kind and attentive, but the nurses and midwives at the Kreißsaal were simply outstanding and left a lasting impression. We're deeply grateful for their care during such an important and emotional moment in our lives.

I am pregnant and one night I did not feel good. Based on my symptoms, my personal midwife asked me to go to the this hospital to check out the baby. First, I would like to highlight that the midwifes at the clinic were really nice, caring and made me feel very comfortable. For them, I give 5 stars! However, I had a bad experience with the doctor and that's why I give 1 star, I do not recommend and I will not return there. I waited about 3 hours to see the doctor - that's not the doctor's fault; it's the hospital's. The hospital only has one doctor on call? That's poor management. Anyway, the doctor came, apologised for the delay and asked the reason I was there. As soon as I said the first symptom, she interrupted and said that's not a reason to be here. She didn't let me finish to say all symptoms and how I was feeling. Every 5 seconds she interrupted. I don't care if she does not have bedside manner but at least she has to able to listen what's going on so she can make a diagnostic. How can I trust to delivery a baby in a place where the doctor does not hear the patient ? I worked 10 years in a medical field and it's hard to deal with the public, but in this segment is kind of import to hear what the other person has to say. Do not recommend.

I was hospitalized for 5 days and everyone in the urology department was super nice and they took great care of me. They let me choose my course of treatment and made it as comfortable as possible :) Thank you !

Hi everyone!
I came to this hospital on June 19th for a pre-operative appointment with the anesthesiologist and on June, 22nd for my operation. I had 2 cervical disc replacements done in the neurosurgical department. A fantastic team of doctors and nurses. All staff members were polite, friendly, took time to explain everything to me. My post-operative experience: I received enough pain medication to get me throught the entire 4 day stay. They came regularly to ask how I was doing. I was up and about on the same day of the operation. I could hardly believe it. Worries and jitters were not at all necessary. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you kindly!
Update one month later: Still recovering, taking it easy, still not driving, a precautionary measure on my part. I'm not bending down too much nor lifting anything heavy.
Overall, I feel fantastic! The operation has changed the quality of my life for the better. The wound is healing nicely. No bruising at all.
