I promised I would write a review when I've completely recovered so here it goes! 🤗 I gave birth to my first child at Leopoldina on July 15 via C section, stayed for 5 days and had to go back less than 2 weeks later due to an infection. Both stays I felt very well taken care of. As a foreigner, I was scared to give birth in a German hospital as I don't speak Deutsch but my experience turned out to be an amazing and emotional one. Almost everyone who attended to me during both of my stays speak and understand English and were very kind and friendly. I want to say thank you to the nurse who held my hand and breathe with me while I was on labor until I eventually had to get a C section. I don't know her name but she was truly God-sent. Thank you to the amazing team who performed my C-section and explained to me everything they were doing and for making me feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Station 21 for taking care of me and my baby. And of course, thank you to all the amazing staff at Station 73 & 74. You are all doing an amazing job!! If I'll ever have a second child in the future, I won't give birth unless it's at Leopoldina! Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️

R. KeßAm 20.02.20 hatte ich eine Bandscheibenoperation. Die OP wurde von Herrn Priv. Doz. Dr. Romstöck durchgeführt. Schon bei der Voruntersuchung und auch im weiteren Verlauf meines Klinikaufenthalts stellte ich fest, dass mit sehr viel Verständnis, Ruhe, Sachlichkeit und für den Laien eine verständliche Aufklärung stattfand. Ich hatte fürchterliche Angst vor der OP, die mir aber durch Dr. Romstöck weitestgehend genommen werden konnte. Auch nach der OP kam er täglich zur Visite, ließ sich Zeit und beantwortete souverän, geduldig und mit großer Menschlichkeit meine Fragen. Für diese bewundernswerte Betreuung bedanke ich mich recht herzlich. An dieser Stelle ist auch der Oberarzt Dr. Keller hervorzuheben. Er war immer nett, freundlich, einfühlsam und lies sich Zeit für meine Fragen. Deshalb gilt auch ihm mein besonderer Dank.Nicht zuletzt möchte ich mich beim gesamten Personal der Station 71, einschließlich der Sekretärin, bedanken. Alle Pflegekräfte waren immer sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und offen für die Wünsche des Patienten.Ich kann diese Station, voran ihren Chefarzt Herrn Dr. Romstöck, sehr loben. Es ist ein ganz hervorragendes Team, das wirklich herausragt und das Wohlergehen des Patienten immer in den Vordergrund stellt.

Waren mit einem Kleinkind, 15 Monate, stationär auf der Kinderstation. Ärztin sowie Pflegepersonal waren kompetent und sehr freundlich, trotz Feiertage (5./6.01.20) und Unterbesetzung. Waren im Urlaub und wollten so schnell wie möglich wieder nach Hause. Entlassung auf eigene Verantwortung ging dank der sehr netten Ärztin (Name leider vergessen) schnell und problemlos. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal.

Ich hatte 5 OPs in 1/2018. 3,5,7,11/2019 (und Anfang 2020 wird es noch eine geben)1. Unfreundlich war keiner! Die Schwestern auf Station 54 waren sogar zu fürsorglich.2. Die Ärzte haben alles vernünftig erklärt so das es auch ein Laie versteht.3.Essen war gut und Lecker, aber etwas klein. Leider kommt jetzt etwas Kritik:1. Lasst die Patienten nicht im Bett auf den Gang stehen,Besucher starren sie an..2. (auch wenn es nicht an euch liegt) das Parkhaus ist schlecht! 😏Frohes Fest 2019, und allen einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr.

Ich bin jetzt mit der zweiten Arthosskopie innerhalb 3 Monate im Leo und kann nur sagen, es wurde sehr ordentlich gemacht, lief reibungslos ab und die Pflege war sehr ordentlich.

Im November wurde ich in der speziellen Wirbelsäulenchirurgie vom CA Dr. Shararah an der LWS operiert. Alles reibungslos verlaufen, keine schmerzen mehr, bis auf die OP Wunde. Auf der Station 41 sind die Schwestern, bis auf 2, sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ärzte nehmen sich bei der Visite soviel Zeit bis alle Fragen des Patienten beantwortet sind, egal ob das der Assistenzarzt ist, OA Dr. Voll oder sogar der CA Dr. Shararah selbst.Also so einen Arzt wie Dr. Shararah habe ich noch nie getroffen, da können sich manch andere Ärzte eine riesen Scheibe abschneiden. Er ist menschlich, freundlich, nett, erklärt alles verständlich, man merkt dass ihm die Patienten wichtig sind. Er war auch der erste Arzt bei dem ich wirklich dass Gefühl hatte, dass er mich mit meinen Schmerzen ernst nimmt. Ich hoffe zwar, dass ich nie wieder so eine OP brauchen werde, falls doch dann nur beim Dr. Shararah. Ein großes Lob an die Judith von der Physio sowie an die Schwestern in der Aufnahme und natürlich an die Küche.

Ich bin in die Notaufnahme gekommen und von da an ging alles ganz schnell. Schon am nächsten Tag wurde ich an einem Bandscheibenvorfall operiert. Ich war mit den Ärzten und der Station 71 sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

Notaufnahme 0 Sterne. Die Notaufnahme ist eine Katastrophe, die Schwestern so wie Ärzte total gelangweilt, unfreundlich. Da fühlt man sich total verlassen. Ewige Wartezeiten. Station 14, 5 Sterne. Auf Station 14 im 1 stock, sind Schwestern und Ärzte sehr nett, nehmen sich viel Zeit für Patienten und Angehörige. Der stations Arzt und Oberarzt waren auch immer da, wenn man mit Ihnen reden wollte. So muss es im Krankenhaus laufen.

Die Ärzte und das Pflegepersonal haben mir 2013 das Leben gerettet - und der Blutspender.Top Krankenhaus, kompetente Ärzte und nettes Personal - wenn ich jemals wieder in ein Krankenhaus muss, dann ins Leo!Und ich wurde hier geboren :DP.S: wie fordere ich denn am besten die Unterlagen aus 2013 an? Habe sie leider bei einem Umzug verloren
