Mia zia (Mauritius) è stata sottoposta a un intervento di protesi alla spalla. Tutto è andato per il meglio. Il Dr. Shushal Shantakumar è un ortopedico straordinario. I am an international patient from Bangladesh who came to Manipal Hospital for my mother’s treatment. From the very beginning, I was impressed with the top-notch services here. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were all highly professional, caring, and attentive. The nursing team, especially Nurse Shuana, deserves special praise for her kindness, dedication, and constant attention, which made my mother feel comfortable and well cared for. The cleaning staff, particularly Anna, also deserves recognition for keeping the room spotless and creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The food service was excellent, both in quality and in the way it was served. In particular, I would like to mention Mr. Pitam from the food service team. His warm behavior, polite attitude, and constant readiness to help made a real difference for us during our stay. He not only served food with care but also checked if everything was satisfactory, showing genuine concern for the patient’s needs. Overall, Manipal Hospital made a very stressful time much easier for us, and I am truly grateful for their outstanding care and hospitality. I would strongly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality treatment and compassionate service.

Il Manipal Hospital, situato in HAL Old Airport Road a Bangalore e fondato nel 1991, è un importante ospedale multispecialistico con oltre 600 posti letto e 144 posti in terapia intensiva. È accreditato NABH e NABL e offre cure avanzate in oncologia, cardiologia, neurologia e pediatria. I pazienti lodano le strutture all'avanguardia, tra cui la chirurgia robotica e la TAC a 128 strati, insieme all'assistenza premurosa di medici esperti come il Dr. Baliga e il Dr. Vidyadhara. Consiglierei questo posto se avete un'assicurazione. Buon trattamento da parte del Dr. Paritosh Pandey. Il livello di fiducia che ha dato a mio padre è stato fantastico. Un piccolo suggerimento: dovrebbe prendersi del tempo per ascoltare i pazienti, dato che pagano 1100 non solo per 30 secondi. Non è stata una bella esperienza con la consulente per l'assistenza ai pazienti dopo il nostro ricovero, non rispondeva al telefono. È un male, dovrebbe garantire che l'esperienza di trattamento del paziente sia buona dall'inizio alla fine. Il cibo è buono e l'assistenza delle infermiere di reparto è davvero ottima, volevo menzionare l'infermiera Ashwini, è stata eccezionalmente brava. La struttura e la gestione dei reclami sono ottime. Ho apprezzato molto il fattore igiene. Costoso, ma dopo il trattamento vi sentirete soddisfatti.
