I highly recommend this practice!!! As always, I was immediately put at ease during my visit today. The dentist was very friendly, personal, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including what to expect for future treatment. I really appreciated how informative and approachable they were and the calm environment makes the whole experience much more comfortable.

Thank you to Michael and his colleague. My son had to have his tooth pulled out. You both were attentive, professional and talked us through the process. We were able to enjoy a lovely holiday. Also thank you to the receptionist who called me immediately with a cancellation.

⭐️ Exceptional Care for Children – Painless & Perfect! Today, my daughter had her first filling here, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Mr Ross Hepton was incredibly patient and professional, making her feel completely at ease—no fear at all. The result was flawless; her tooth looks just like before, with no visible trace of the treatment. Thank you for such a positive experience and outstanding dental care. Highly recommend to parents!

I would highly recommend this place. Not to forget to mention the staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Doctor Ross is one of the best doctors I’ve ever come across when it comes to teeth treatment. Even when it comes to payment plans, they are understandable and help their customers. Don’t miss this place.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I have been a patient at this dental surgery for many years, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Despite my loyalty, I do not feel valued as a patient. The level of care has declined, appointments are often rushed, and I never feel that my concerns are properly listened to. Communication is poor, it is difficult to get timely appointments, and treatments are not explained clearly. After such a long time, I expected much better service and respect as a patient. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this practice to others. I see some reviews made here are not genuine .
