Dettagli e tecniche dell’intervento
L’intervento alle orecchie presso questo centro dura circa 1-2 ore. I medici eseguono generalmente l’intervento in anestesia generale, anche se in casi specifici possono ricorrere all’anestesia locale. I chirurghi scelgono il metodo in base all’anatomia dell’orecchio del paziente:
- Tecnica con suture: prevede un’incisione nascosta dietro l’orecchio e punti interni per rimodellare la cartilagine.
- Incisioni sulla cartilagine: questa tecnica viene utilizzata per le cartilagini rigide che richiedono una correzione ulteriore.
- Otoplastica unilaterale: si concentra sulla correzione dell’asimmetria intervenendo su un solo orecchio.
L’équipe chirurgica utilizza suture riassorbibili e pratica le incisioni in punti nascosti alla vista. Dopo l’intervento, i pazienti restano in ospedale per una notte.
Recupero e cure postoperatorie
Per le prime 48 ore i pazienti indossano una fasciatura di sostegno e devono tenere la testa sollevata. In questa fase iniziale è necessario evitare di dormire su un fianco. Dopo i primi giorni, la fasciatura pesante viene sostituita da una fascia elastica leggera. La maggior parte delle persone torna al lavoro d’ufficio entro 7-10 giorni. È possibile volare per tornare a casa circa 5-7 giorni dopo l’intervento. La guarigione completa richiede diversi mesi e i pazienti dovrebbero evitare gli sport di contatto per un massimo di 3 mesi.

Coming all the way from London to Istanbul, choosing Vanity Cosmetics was honestly one of the best decisions I made.
I’m absolutely in love with my results! Both surgeons listened carefully to what I wanted and understood exactly what I was looking for.
A huge thank you to Dr. Çagatay for my breast augmentation and Dr. Hismi for my rhinoplasty. They are both amazing, and I would 100% recommend them!
Also, a big thank you to the entire Vanity team for their incredible support and care throughout the whole process. Everyone was so kind, professional and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! ✨

I had a very good experience with Vanity Esthetics. The facility is very organized and the staff is efficient. I had a two night stay at the hospital, the night care was very impressive, nurses check on you very regularly. My husband is a physician, and he was with me, he was impressed with the care. They are very conservative about giving strong meds which I absolutely loved! The hotel stay is great also. Nurse is avaliable around the clock at the hotel if you need anything. My surgery was a little complicated, it was a lift and augmentaion for tuberous formation so my results are still not final (I am 4 months post-op). I cannot say just yet if I am fully satisfied with the results, as they r still not final. Murat was my coordinator while I was there and he is super with communication. Since I have returned back to the US, communication can be difficult at times, sometimes response is a little delayed but Sena has been pretty helpful. Dr Can Zeliha is a very caring and experienced doctor, I hope to return next year to finish up my procedures. And I hope my final results will be beautiful. I will suggest make sure you have your final in-person consult, a day before surgery so you have time to rethink and understand details fully. My consult was one hour before surgery and I believe it didnt give me enough time to discuss things with my husband. Otherwise everything was good ThankYou Vanity Esthetics!

If you are thinking about using Vanity for surgery, you would not regret it. Ignore the fake 1 star reviews. Dr Çağatay Öner performed a neck and lower face lift and I am happy with the results so far but I'm only a week post op. I met Dr Çağatay via a video call before deciding if he was the surgeon for me and he totally put my mind at ease. He speaks excellent French and English (he understands British humor which is impressive) and is outstanding in his field of work. When arriving in Turkey, I was informed every step of the way in what was happening to me. The day before I was told the time of the surgery and when the driver would come and pick me up from the hotel. I was also given some documents to review as far as consent forms and liability instead of just being given them on the day. The day of surgery I was picked up, dropped off and then discussed with the doctor, patient coordinator and anesthesiologist in a consultation room. During the surgeon consultation they took before pictures, used a special pen on areas he was going to work on, and discussed the procedure and post op care. I never felt pressured to undertake additional surgical work and no sense of up-sale which is something I was unnecessarily worried about. Then I had the 5 hour surgery which I can only assume went well as I'm here to write this review! I woke up and felt a bit groggy but that is to be expected from having a general anesthesia. I had a random side effect from the GA where my right ankle and foot were numb when I awoke but now a week later, I have some feeling back but it's still not 100% but better than a week ago. I was reassured the feelings would come back slowly each day and not to worry. I ended up staying in the hospital for 2 days. The hospital rooms were simple but it had everything it needed and most importantly it was exceptionally clean and I felt looked after and safe. The TV had Netflix and YouTube which were total saviours in the hospital. The nurses were so lovely and spoke enough English to get by. I need to mention Azize, Beste, Gosia and Rümeysa who were all lovely nurses who helped me in my recovery whilst at the clinic and hotel. After I left the hospital, I returned to the hotel for 5 days to recover. This was the part I was dreading but I never felt I was on my own as the hotel had nurses on site and you could call reception and then would come to your room immediately. Also, I still had regular appointments back at the clinic to remove the drains, stitches and to be 'signed off' before I could fly home. I also made sure I sat in the hotel lobby for a change of scenery. I did a lot of people watching whilst pretending to read my book! Post op you have to wear compression socks (pictured) for 72 hours and a compression garment for a week 24/7 and then reduce in the second week just to sleep in. I have now flown home and back with my family in the UK to rest. I very much recommend Vanity. My results are TBA as it's take roughly 3 months for your face to relax and settle but I can most certainly see a difference already. Doctors, nurses, housekeeping, drivers and my patient co-ordinator made this experience a positive one. A big shout out to the wonderful Murat (patient co-ordinator) who was so patient with my endless questions from popular culture to vegetarian Turkish food. A lovely, compassionate young man who radiates kindness. Murat is an asset to Vanity. I am going to be back in Istanbul in just over 3 weeks and Vanity are kindly letting me return for a post op check up. So far nothing has worried or alarmed me, but just for peace of mind as I am going to be nearby it makes sense to have a check up. If after reading this review, you are still wondering if surgery is for you then please do request a video call with the surgeon as it will put your mind at rest. I however fully endorse Vanity.

I would like to share my experience with Dr Çagatay Öner, with whom I have undergone several procedures: a temporal lift, blepharoplasty, and a deep plane facelift with neck work.
I already had surgery with him 3 years ago for another procedure, and I am still just as satisfied and completely reassured. His professionalism is impeccable: he is transparent, gentle, realistic, and extremely caring. You immediately feel confident from the very first consultation.
The results are remarkable, with meticulous work and barely visible scars, which is truly exceptional.
I also recommended Dr Çagatay to a friend two years ago, who is very happy with her results, and today my niece is about to undergo surgery with him as well.
A big thank you as well to the coordinators Cihan, Murat, and Ayşe before , who are real gems: very responsive, human, and always reassuring throughout the entire process.
Vanity Clinic is incredibly modern, and the entire staff is wonderful: nurses, reception, housekeeping… everyone contributes to a very safe and comforting environment.
I highly recommend Dr Çagatay Öner and his team, without hesitation. I am truly happy to have found him and I would never change doctors or clinics for anything in the world.

I recently travelled for a breast uplift and implant procedure with Dr Mert Sizmaz and honestly could not be happier with my experience from start to finish.
From my very first enquiry, the communication and support were amazing. Umut made the whole booking process feel easy and reassuring, and Gozel my coordinator has been incredible throughout — always checking in, answering every question quickly and making me feel genuinely cared for before and after surgery.
The hospital itself was spotless, modern and very professional. Every member of staff I met was kind, calming and attentive, which made such a difference when travelling abroad for surgery. Dr Mert Sizmaz made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision, and my results already look amazing just a couple of weeks post-op. I genuinely feel like he listened to exactly what I wanted.
The aftercare has also been fantastic. Daily nurse checks at the hotel made recovery feel so much easier and reassuring, and Azize, who carried out my lymphatic drainage massages, was absolutely lovely. She was so gentle, professional and caring, and the massages really helped with my comfort and recovery. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and I always felt looked after.
Travelling for surgery can feel daunting, but this team made the entire experience seamless, safe and supportive. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic surgery. Thank you all so much 🤍
