1. Il servizio fornito è completamente conforme al più alto standard. Tutto è stato puntuale, senza ritardi. Accoglienza/accompagnamento da/per l'aeroporto, sistemazione in hotel, comunicazione costante con il curatore-traduttore e il medico, risposta a tutte le domande e richieste.
