Dr. Ümit Tuhanioğlu

Prof. Dr. Ümit Tuhanioğlu graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and completed his specialty training at Baltalimanı Bone Diseases Hospital in 2008.

During his 18 years of experience as an orthopedic and traumatology specialist, he has focused on pediatric orthopedics, supporting his surgical expertise with academic publications, presentations, and participation in scientific meetings.

In pediatric orthopedics, he has reached a significant number of cases in areas including pes equinovarus, cerebral palsy, spina bifida, developmental hip dysplasia, Perthes disease, and other congenital musculoskeletal deformities. He also has experience in adult foot deformities, trauma, and joint surgery. He continues his practice in the Adana region and within Ortopedi İstanbul, with high patient satisfaction rates both in surgical outcomes and patient care.
