Il dottore si è laureato presso la Facoltà di Medicina di Varna nel 1985 e ha completato una residenza in medicina interna presso l'Ospedale Taksim First Yardim di Istanbul entro il 1992. Dal 1992 al 2000, ha servito come Assistente Capo nel 2° Servizio di Medicina Interna presso l'Ospedale di Formazione e Ricerca Haydarpaşa Numune di Istanbul.
