From the front desk, with receptionists Amanda and Brenda who always greet me with a smile and make the atmosphere while waiting for the procedure relaxed, making me feel welcome; to the procedures themselves carried out by the estheticians Karina, Pamela, and Silvana, who are highly professional! I am very satisfied with the clinic overall. I have had the opportunity to be seen more often by Karina, who has always treated me excellently, maintaining professionalism with outstanding skill and knowledge in her field. I also thank the supervisor Cida, who welcomed me very well at the clinic and has always been helpful in resolving any situations that required attention, offering me treatments intended to solve the issue, paid for by the clinic in this case.
