Zéntica Odontología is a dental clinic in Medellín, Colombia. The practice focuses on aesthetic dentistry, orthodontics, and pediatric care. It is known for custom smile design using resin and ceramic materials. The team applies layer-by-layer stratification to create natural textures in resin restorations. Ceramic options are also available for better durability and stain resistance.
The clinic treats adults and children, offering a calm setting for anxious young patients. Specialists have 13 to 15 years of experience. For orthodontics, patients receive a treatment timeline by the third visit. Whitening uses a supervised laser-activated gel to protect enamel. Many patients travel from abroad for cosmetic dental work.

Zéntica focuses on smile design, offering personalized projects in ceramic and resin materials. Every aesthetic case begins with a planning phase before any dental work starts. Specialists use two primary methods for restorations:
The clinic also provides laser teeth whitening. This process uses a specific gel activated by laser to speed up results. A dental professional supervises every minute to protect the tooth enamel. After treatment, the team creates a maintenance plan to help patients keep their results longer.
The orthodontic department treats complex alignment issues. This includes cases where patients cannot bite correctly with their front teeth. Treatment options include traditional brackets and Invisalign systems. For patients concerned about timelines, the clinic provides an estimated treatment duration starting from the third appointment.
Pediatric dentistry is a core service at Zéntica. The clinic uses a no-pressure setting to help children who feel fear or anxiety. Services for younger patients include:
Specialists also perform periodontic treatments to manage gum health. These include scaling and root planing – a deep cleaning to remove plaque below the gum line.
The clinical team includes Dr. Pedro Zalec and Dr. Daniela Pavas. Dr. Zalec has over 15 years of experience in orthodontics and dental aesthetics. Dr. Pavas has practiced for around 13 years in the same specialties. Both doctors continue their education to refine techniques in resin stratification and smile design.
The clinic regularly treats international patients who travel to Medellín for dental work. Many come based on recommendations for aesthetic outcomes.
Zéntica uses laser platforms for accelerated whitening and professional scaling tools for deep cleanings. Results depend on supervised treatment and high-quality materials. Beyond active treatment, the clinic serves as a center for oral health education. It provides regular guidance on cleaning and long-term enamel protection.
