He served as the President of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery in Rio de Janeiro (SBCP–RJ). Additionally, Dr. Miranda led the Burn Treatment Center at the Galeão Air Force Hospital for four years.

Specialization and Surgical Techniques

Dr. Miranda performs body contouring and facial rejuvenation using high-precision tools. He uses a multiangulated cannula with triple angulation for lower limb liposuction. This instrument provides greater control during calf and leg definition procedures. The doctor also performs Laser Liposculpture to refine specific body areas.

His practice includes high-definition liposuction (Lip HD/LAD) to create defined body contours. For abdominal correction, he performs abdominoplasty combined with diastasis repair – a procedure that stitches separated stomach muscles back together.
