Dr. Alexander M. Rokitansky is a pediatric and adolescent surgeon and a pioneer of minimally invasive correction of pectus excavatum. He oversaw the creation of the pediatric surgery department at University Hospital Vienna from 1992 to 1994. He then led Pediatric and Adolescent Surgery at Klinik Donaustadt for 27 years, from 1994 to 2021. He chaired the Society for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care. He also led the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Pediatric Surgery and served as President of the Austrian Pediatric Surgery Society.

He earned his doctorate at the University of Vienna in 1982. He has been Professor of Pediatric and Adolescent Surgery at SFU Vienna since 2017. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Köroğlu is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Memorial Ankara Hospital (2024–present). She previously served as a faculty member at Gaziler Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital (2016–2024). Dr. David (Dudi) Mishali, MD, is Director of Pediatric and Congenital Cardiothoracic Surgery at Sheba Medical Center. He treats infants and children with congenital heart defects. His work includes rare, high-risk anomalies and complex newborn reconstructions.
