He worked as a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology Microsurgery in many private hospitals in Istanbul. Between 2006-2007, he worked as a Hand and Microsurgery Specialist at Columbia University School of Medicine. In 2008, he became an associate professor of orthopedics at Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine. Between 2009 and 2015, he worked as Chief of Orthopedics at Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Hospital and he trained many Assistant Specialists. He became Professor in 2016.

Dr. Ersan Ates is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 25 years of surgical experience. He graduated from Trakya University Faculty of Medicine in 1990. He completed his specialist training in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 1995.

He provides care for bone, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions. His expertise includes trauma surgery; knee, hip, and shoulder procedures, including arthroscopy and joint replacement; and spine surgery for deformities, herniated discs, and trauma. He also treats sports injuries and pediatric orthopaedic conditions. He is known for precise surgery and patient-centered care focused on restoring mobility.

> shoulder: treatment of instability of the shoulder joint (suturing the labrum, Hill Sachs remplissage) and the clavicle-shoulder joint, biceps tendon tenodesis / tenotomy, reconstruction of the rotator cuff tendons, mini-open reconstruction technique of the LATARJET acetabular defect or bone-block scapular defect;

> knee: reconstruction of the cruciate and collateral ligaments of the knee, reconstruction of the MPFL ligament in patellar instability, reconstruction of articular cartilage defects with the use of collagen membranes and growth factors;

> ankle joint: treatment of anterior conflict, acute ATFL ligament injuries, cartilage injuries.

Dr. Kulczyk has participated in numerous conferences and courses in Poland and abroad. he is the author of several scientific publications on arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.

Il medico è un rinomato chirurgo ortopedico, riconosciuto per aver sviluppato un sistema di stadiazione chirurgica unico per i tumori spinali e tecniche innovative di resezione tumorale. Con oltre 3.000 interventi chirurgici eseguiti, il medico si specializza in tumori spinali, traumi, infezioni e patologie degenerative.<\/p>

Attualmente, il medico è Direttore del Programma di Insegnamento Spinale e Capo della Chirurgia dei Tumori Spinali presso l'Unità di Chirurgia Spinale GSpine4 dell'IRCCS Istituto Ortopedico Galeazzi.
