Born in 1978 in Istanbul, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Gökhan ATIŞ completed his medical degree at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Medicine in 2002. He pursued his urology specialization at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital and became a certified urologist in February 2008. Following his military service at Edremit Military Hospital, he began working at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009.

In 2011, he received training in laparoscopic and robotic urology at Heidelberg University’s Heilbronn Clinic. Between 2009 and 2014, he conducted numerous scientific studies, especially in the field of endourology, earning the title of Associate Professor in 2014.

Since 2017, he has served on the board of the Endourology Society. In 2018, he was selected to the European Association of Urology’s Young Academic Urologists (EAU-YAU) Endourology Working Group, actively serving for two years. In January 2021, he was appointed as a Professor at Istanbul Medeniyet University. Dr. Castaño currently works in the field of Functional Urology at the CES University Clinic in Medellin Colombia. He completed his residency in urology at the same University in 2005. Dr. Dorit Zilberman, MD, is a Senior Urologist at Sheba Medical Center. She is a pioneer of robotic and minimally invasive urologic surgery in Israel with over 20 years of experience. Her work focuses on urologic oncology, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, and endourology. She helped launch the da Vinci robotic surgery program at Sheba. Her expertise includes kidney, bladder, and prostate cancers, as well as laser lithotripsy for stones.

She completed advanced training in robotic laparoscopic surgery and endourology at Duke University Medical Center. She is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Tel Aviv University. She has authored more than 160 scientific publications. She has received awards from the Israeli and American Urological Associations. She was listed in Forbes Israel Best Doctors in 2024. She is a member of the Israeli, American, and European Urological Associations and the Endourological Society.

Prof. Gil Raviv, MD, PhD, is Director of the Andrology Unit at Sheba Medical Center. He was listed among the Best Doctors in Israel by Forbes in 2024. He is a leading expert in male fertility, sexual medicine, and reconstructive urology.

His primary focus is male infertility and fertility preservation. He performs advanced semen analysis according to WHO standards. He carries out testicular sperm retrieval (TESE, TESA, MESA) and semen cryopreservation. He also provides comprehensive fertility diagnostics with histological analysis.

Dr. Son Dong Wan, MD, PhD, is the Chief of Urology at Naeun Hospital. He specializes in urologic oncology, urinary incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and laser prostate surgery. He performs robotic and laparoscopic surgery for cancers of the prostate, bladder, ureter, and kidney. He also treats ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction.

He was a Visiting Professor at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He completed training in urinary incontinence surgery at the University of Liège.

Awards include the Excellent Paper Award (2007) and the Academic Achievement Award (2014) from the Korean Continence Society. He also received the Best Poster Award from the European Association of Urology (2013).
