He specializes in movement disorders and provides medical and surgical care, including deep brain stimulation, for Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, and dystonia. He also focuses on neurorehabilitation and uses noninvasive neuromodulation for stroke, spinal cord injury, and disorders of consciousness.
He completed postdoctoral research on the surgical treatment of Parkinson’s disease at Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University.
